Learning Goal: Students will understand The Seasons
Main activity: One group presented Semester II project in mod 2. The class learned about the cause of the variation in day and night and did the pink study guide/reinforcement sheet, p 86 “Planet Earth
Closure: The seasons concepts will be reinforced.
HW: Complete worksheet.

Main activity: One group presented Semester II project in mod 2. The class watched the 26 min atlanticava.org video on “The Reason for the Seasons” and completed the video worksheet. The class worked on the blue “Planet Earth” worksheet, “Determining Hours of Daylight”, p 86 only
Closure: The seasons concepts will be reinforced.
HW: Complete side 1 of blue worksheet.

Main activity: Students watched the Brainpop video, “The Seasons” and took the quiz.
The class did the Earth, Moon, Sun and Seasons Lab.
Closure: The seasons concepts will be reinforced.
HW: Complete the Lab Sheet and graph.
